Hello Kitty Press On Nail

Easy Hello Kitty nail art! Ever since I did the stamped Hello Kitty tutorial I've been getting requests for a freehand one :) Here it is! This is a simplified design (no ears or head to paint) so its easier for ya :D I feel like dots are the easiest things to make when it comes to nail art. If you don't have a dotting tool, use a bobby pin, head of a sewing pin, or snip off a rounded bristle from a cheap hairbrush.
